God has blessed me with the gift of creating beautiful images. And there is so much joy in that. At the same time, I find there is an equal joy when I open my heart to the hurting and needy people both locally and around the world.

I am committed to help as many people as I can through charitable giving. I do this in a couple of ways:

When you have a portrait made at the studio, we will donate half of your session fee and 5% of your sale to one of the charities below.
If you represent a charity, we welcome your donation requests for portrait gift certificates to use at your auction events.

Supporting Casa Pacifica

For many years, we have come alongside Casa Pacifica as they’ve raised funds to help kids who are in foster care. They meet kids and families at the most challenging times of their lives and help them overcome some of life’s most difficult circumstances – abuse and neglect, complex emotional and behavioral issues, family crises. Casa Pacifica restore hope, help children find joy in daily living, and improve families’ chances at making a better life.

Casa Pacifica is near and dear to our hearts, partly because April and I have a foster daughter who will soon be graduating high school and heading of to college. We are so proud of her!

We were especially excited recently when we were asked to donate a landscape in their live auction at the 23rd Annual Angels Ball. The painting titled “Passing Storm.” Depicts their facilities, which are beautifully situated in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains.
